We intend to post answers to questions we will inevitably be asked in this section and some ideas if things go 'Pete Tong'. ('Wrong' - for those unfamiliar with Cockney Ryming Slang).
Firstly, this site only accepts .flv .avi etc files so if you get an error message that say 'Not Known' then you probably have the wrong file type. If you have a video shorter than 5 mins, I suggest you download the free Allok Video to FLV Converter. This is pretty simple tool to convert your files to a compatible one with this site.
Also, if you are looking to use Windows Movie Maker, or something similar, to jazz up your videos then the Allok will convert your Movie Maker files to FLV so that you can upload to the site. If you are looking to grab content from the net (only legal pilfering please) then www.Vixy.net will allow you to download to a suitable format but please be aware of copyrights etc.

Error 12152 - This sometimes happens, especially if the server is busy. We are looking to have this minimised as soon as posible by migration to a dedicated server, but for now you may see this occassionally. If you get it, check that your file is compatible (.flv, .avi etc) if it is just come back to that site a few minutes later. Also, occassionally your file will get to the point of upload and then you are directed to a 404 page. This is something in the system we are looking to route out shortly. If this happens, sorry, it's annoying we know, but just come back later and try again. It does not happen often and some may never experience it, but just in case.
